The problem was solved by disabling Steam Cloud. In addition, disabling Steam Cloud restored FPS, which has dropped significantly since March 10, from the moment when the problem occurred. -
Hello. I went through all the steps and checks from the instructions. Reinstalled the app. Reinstalled Microsoft visual c++. I uploaded the logs, but I turned not to discord, but to the forum. Pls help.
