Truckers Hub is not working

Hello, I haven't played the game since 2024, and now I've decided to play again. I'm a member of a company, but my deliveries aren't counting. I've reinstalled it several times, but it doesn't work. The chat says that the job has been accepted and completed, but there's nothing on the Truckers Hub website. What could be causing this issue?
