Add Tamil (தமிழ்) Language Support

[Jack Gamerz]

Hello TruckersHub Team,

I would like to suggest adding Tamil (தமிழ்) as a supported language for TruckersHub.

The ETS2 and TruckersMP community has a growing number of Tamil-speaking players from India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Malaysia. Adding Tamil would make TruckersHub more accessible and improve the experience for thousands of users.

I am willing to volunteer as a translator and help maintain the Tamil localization to ensure high-quality and accurate translations.

Thank you for considering this suggestion. 🚛❤️
