🚚 Guide: How to Teleport in TruckersMP Freely, Safely & Ethically!

Teleportation is one of the most powerful quality-of-life features in TruckersHub, allowing you to quickly move your truck anywhere on the map using the Developer Camera or Company Travel.

This feature is extremely useful for:

• Moving to events or convoys
• Escaping traffic jams
• Repositioning after accidents
• Testing routes or locations

This guide explains how to teleport safely and ethically in TruckersMP using TruckersHub.

 

⚙️Requirements

Before using the teleport feature, make sure the following requirements are met:

✔ TruckersHub is installed and running
✔ You are in-game (TruckersMP multiplayer)
✔ Developer Camera is enabled

 

🎮 Enabling Developer Camera

If you have never enabled the developer camera before:

• Go to:
  • Documents → Euro Truck Simulator 2
  • Documents → American Truck Simulator
• Open the file config.cfg
• Find and change the following values:
  • g_developer 1
  • g_console 1
• Save the file and start the game.

You can now press:

0 (zero key above P Letter)

to enable the Developer Camera.

 

Manual Teleport (Save Edit)

Users can teleport using TruckersHub's save editing teleport feature.

Steps

1. Go in-game and create a save
2. Press 0 to activate the Developer Camera
3. Move the camera to your desired teleport location
4. Press ALT + F12
5. Open the TruckersHub Application
6. Go to the Save Edit section
7. Select your profile (usually auto-selected)
8. Click Teleport to Camera
9. Return to the game and load the save

✅ Your truck will now appear at the camera position.

 

Quick Teleport (Hotkey)

With this, teleporting becomes significantly faster thanks to a dedicated hotkey.

Default shortcut - CTRL + P

(The shortcut can be customized in TruckersHub settings.)

 

Steps

1. Create a save in-game
2. Press 0 to enter Developer Camera
3. Move to your teleport location
4. Press ALT + F12
5. Press CTRL + P
6. Return to the game and load the save

✅ Teleport is applied instantly after loading.

No need to manually open the TruckersHub application.

 

Instant Teleport

This provides the smoothest teleport experience.

Steps

1. Enter Developer Camera (0)
2. Move to your destination
3. Press ALT + F12

✅ Teleport happens automatically. Tracker will do save and load automatically.
