While our existing security measures are working as intended, these are novel exploits that require a new approach. Our commitment is to preserve a fair and transparent environment for all our dedicated drivers. To move forward, we want your valuable input. Please review the potential solutions below and help us make the right decision. 🗳️ Solution A – Live Distance Tracker This system actively monitors and authenticates your travel distance as you drive. 🔹 Advantage: Offers exceptional precision, making it virtually immune to manipulation. 🔸 Drawback: Could lead to higher device resource consumption and potential progress loss if a job is interrupted. Solution B – Distance Validation All deliveries are accepted, but credited mileage is capped at 125% of the originally planned route. For example: On a route planned for 1,000 km, any distance driven beyond 1,250 km would not be added to your total. 🔹 Advantage: A simple, automated system to prevent extreme mileage inflation. 🔸 Drawback: May unintentionally penalize players who take necessary, extended detours for legitimate reasons. Solution C – Review Team We would establish a Review Team to manually investigate any deliveries that are automatically flagged as suspicious before any penalties are applied. 🔹 Advantage: Human oversight allows for nuanced, context-aware judgments. 🔸 Drawback: The process would be slower, causing delays in job validation and increasing our operational workload. 💬 Your voice is crucial. Introduction: In the ever-evolving world of virtual trucking, TruckersHub has set a new standard with its Simulation System. This multifaceted platform not only enhances the gaming experience for truckers but also empowers managers with robust tools for efficient fleet and financial management. Join us as we explore the various features that make TruckersHub's Simulation System a game. Setup (VTC Leaders): Start by Setting up VTC Simulation system where you first select your VTC Headquarters in the Virtual World. Setting Up will Simulation System will give you ₹1000 as base using which you may start your Simulation Life in TruckersHub. You may then see new sidebar menus for simulation system. Each Page Description may be found in the blog - https://truckershub.in/blog/24 In Milestones Page, you will get 2 cities unlocked which are your headquaters in ETS2 and ATS. From there you may unlock new cities which will allow you to take simulation jobs in game. Click on Unlock Button to unlock new citiy in Simulation Virtual World for the cost mentioned beside the country names. The unlocked cities will then be displayed as In Progress and you and your VTC Drivers need to complete the city by delivering one job to each company to the newly unlocked city. These jobs may now be taken from the TruckersHub Client which can be launched from system tray. All the VTC Drivers can do these jobs and help the VTC grow in Simulation System. You will earn revenue while doing these simulation jobs as well. Purchasing Trucks: Trucks can be purchased by VTC as well as individual Drivers to reduce rent cost. VTC or Individual can purchase a brand new truck as well as a second hand truck which might earlier be used by a VTC or an individual. You can modify your Trucks from TruckersHub Client inside Assigned Trucks Tab easily with any in game already owned truck of the same model. After a truck is purchased you need to maintain the truck, Service the truck every 10k km and fix the damages. Individual owners need to borrow garage slots from there VTCs at a specific weekly cost to keep there truck in. Individuals pay weekly cost to there VTC for the rented garage Slots. Hello everyone! We’re excited to announce that TruckersHub Support Tickets can now be opened directly from your VTC Discord server - without requiring members to join the TruckersHub main server. With this new feature, any user in your server (where the TruckersHub Bot is present) can create a support ticket. The ticket will automatically connect to the TruckersHub Support Team on our main server, who will assist with the issue. • No extra steps. • No server-hopping. • Direct and reliable support! 🔧 How to Set It Up • Invite the TruckersHub Bot to your Discord server: •🔗 Invite with Necessary Permissions •🔗 Invite with Admin Permissions Configure the Integration: • Go to TruckersHub Integrations • Set “TruckersHub Support Ticket” to the channel in your server where you want the Create Ticket button to appear. After setup, your integrations page should show the channel wich you've selected. (See Image underneath) The ticket panel will appear in your chosen channel (set on the Integrations page) and can be used by members to open tickets. (See Image underneath) All Done! Members can now create a support ticket in that channel. The ticket will go straight to the TruckersHub Support Team for assistance.
