Why is my profile not showing up? I can't see how many miles I've driven or upgrade skills. It has even registered the jobs I've driven today. I can literally click on everything else and it works but not my profile

How works simulation mode

Hi everybody, I'm trying to understand the simulation mode, but I'm struggling. I read the guide and tried to follow this part:

"To add simulation jobs in-game, users can utilize the TruckersHub Client, conveniently located in the system tray. Simply save your game, add the simulation job, and load the saved game to seamlessly integrate the new job into your virtual trucking experience."

However, it doesn't work. I'm probably doing something wrong, but I don't know what. In all statistics, the revenue is 0. Anybody could help me?

Good afternoon! The game time is counted on the tracker, but the work is not transferred. The problem started on March 12th. I am attaching two files with logs and a screenshot of the deliveries that were not transferred. Please help me figure out the problem.
